1、 Operators must undergo strict job training and safety training before taking up their posts, and can only operate equipment after passing the assessment.
2、 When working, operators must concentrate their thoughts, be agile in their hands and feet, tie their sleeves tightly, and wear appropriate protective equipment.
3、 Before starting, it is necessary to check whether the handle position is correct, whether the limit protection measures are intact, and whether the tension of the belt and chain is adjusted appropriately.
4、 According to the process requirements, the thickness of the rotary cutting must be adjusted and confirmed to be correct before starting the machine. It is strictly prohibited to adjust the rotary cutting thickness after turning on the machine.
5、 Run the machine idle for 1-2 minutes until there are no abnormalities before officially starting work.
6、 Be sure to cut off the power when clamping materials. The clamping must be firm.
7、 When the operator leaves the machine for some reason, the power must be cut off.
8、 After work, cut off the power, clean the equipment and surrounding hygiene.
9、 If there is any abnormality during the operation of the equipment, it should be stopped immediately and professional maintenance personnel should be notified for inspection and troubleshooting before starting up.
