Several veneer quality problems of Veneer Peeling Machine

Now the veneer peeling machine can produce veneer with very lower thickness, but if the machine have some problems, the veneer quality will be affected. And will affect the production efficiency.
Therefore, we will introduce some normal problems in during of the veneer peeling production, hope to help you.
1.the veneer being curly
This situation normally because of the knife height is too high or the knife gate is too narrow.
Solution as follows:
Loose the screw and widen the knife gate, lower the knife height, then tight the screw. The problem of curly will be solved.
2.The thickness of veneer is not uniform
This problem mainly because of the range measurement encoder or speed measurement encoder being damaged.
Solution as follows:
Adjust the fast forward frequency to be 2HZ, observe whether the log diameter changing continuous.If there is situation with pause, means the range measurement encoder is damaged, should be replaced.
If the speed of roller is inconsistent with the real speed, means the speed measurement encoder is damaged, should be replaced.
3.The veneer is wavy type
This situation normally because of the resistance of feeding is too large.
Solution as follows:
While the machine is idling, check the electric current of frequency converter, if more than 5An,then check the lubrication system is good or not.
