It adopts semi-automatic + automatic combined control mode: core arrangement can be manual (flexible adjustment) or automatic (high efficiency), and gluing, continuous hot pressing, trimming, sanding and other key processes are fully automatic, balancing flexibility and efficiency. The line has high production capacity (1000-2000 sheets/day), supports customization of blockboard thickness (12-50mm) and width (1220-2440mm), adapts to various core wood types, complies with CE, ISO9001, SGS certifications, and can be flexibly adjusted according to production needs.
