It adopts multi-layer platen design, combined with precise temperature control, pressure control and time control, realizing full-automatic hot pressing operation, which can replace manual operation, improve work efficiency and ensure consistent door skin quality. The machine can complete hot pressing, bonding and shaping in one step, with high bonding strength, no delamination, no bubble and no scratch on the door skin surface. Supports custom platen size, heating temperature, working speed and layers, suitable for small, medium and large wooden door factories.
